Highlights:• HDMI cable with a transmission rate of up to 96 Gbit/s• Supports up to 16K/60 Hz as well as 12K/120 Hz and 4K/240 Hz • Dynamic HDR with 10-bit and 12-bit colour depth • VRR and QFT for smooth image reproduction with reduced latency • eARC and Dolby Atmos compatibility for advanced audio transmission • Flexible textile jacket with slim aluminium connectors and kink protection • Copper conductors and triple shielding HDMI connection with up to 96 Gbit/s:Goobay Ultra96 is an HDMI cable designed for transmitting video and audio at very high resolutions. With a maximum transmission rate of 96 Gbit/s and support for up to 16K at 60 Hz, the cable is designed for displays and AV equipment with high bandwidth requirements. It also supports 12K/120 Hz and 4K/240 Hz, allowing high frame rates to be combined with high resolution when the connected equipment supports these formats. The cable can, for example, connect compatible game consoles, media players and receivers to TVs, monitors or projectors. HDMI Type A male connectors at both ends make it suitable for standard HDMI connections between a source device and a display. High image quality and gaming features:Dynamic HDR enables dynamic adjustment of the image's HDR parameters, while support for 10-bit and 12-bit colour depth provides detailed colour gradations with compatible equipment and content. The cable also supports full chroma in formats such as 8K/60 Hz 4:4:4 and 4K/240 Hz 4:4:4.For gaming and other applications involving fast motion, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Quick Frame Transport (QFT) are supported. VRR allows compatible equipment to vary the refresh rate, helping to reduce stuttering and latency in image reproduction. QFT is designed for faster transport of individual video frames and can therefore contribute to lower latency. Fixed Rate Link (FRL) is also supported for transmission at high data rates. Audio and robust cable construction:The HDMI connection supports eARC and is compatible with Dolby Atmos, allowing the cable to be used in AV setups with high-quality audio. Latency Indication Protocol (LIP) is supported to optimise synchronisation between audio and video on compatible equipment. The cable is constructed with copper conductors and triple shielding. Two layers of aluminium foil are complemented by braided aluminium shielding, providing effective shielding for the conductors. The braided textile jacket also gives the cable a pleasant surface that is gentle on sensitive surfaces. The connector housings are made of aluminium with gold-plated contacts, while integrated kink protection provides strain relief at the transition between the cable and connector.
