Orders exclusively with stock items are shipped daily with the following order deadlines:
Monday to Thursday at 16:30
Friday at 15:30
Saturday at 14:00
Larger orders with currier: Monday - Friday at 13:00
Subject to availability. The cheapest shipping price can be seen when the items are placed in the shopping cart .
If you wish to see the shipping price for another country than the default, you can change the destination country directly in the shopping cart and the shipping price will be updated automatically to the cheapest possible for the desired country.
The free shipping only applies to deliveries in Denmark the cheapest shipping form offered for the ordered goods. The form of delivery will typically be with PostNord for an optional 24-hour Post or My Home Collect service point. Of course, if you choose another form of service or service, you have to pay the difference yourself.
When purchasing larger goods and systems that require delivery by the carrier, the free shipping only applies to bridged islands. A supplement is required for delivery to these islands, which must be selected in the check-out process.
There is no free shipping or delivery when purchasing in our physical stores. However, a solution can usually always be found if you do not have the opportunity to take the goods home from the store, possibly for a delivery fee.

Fast and stable delivery:
At AV-Connection we take pride in always having fast and efficient delivery, without unnecessary high shipping prices. Therefore, most of the goods are always in stock in large numbers, and can therefore be shipped daily, however depending on whether they are in local or remote storage. Custom-made cables will, of course, have a few days extra delivery time as they are produced for the order.

The item is in stock and can normally be shipped the same workday.
The item is manufactured for the order and the lead time is normally 2-3 days on custom made cables. There is no refund on these kind of products, unless agreed on prior manufacturing.
The item is in stock and can normally be shipped within a few workdays.
The item is in stock with the vendor and can normally be delivered within a few workdays. If the lead-time exceeds this, we will update the lead time within the order history, when you log in with your profile (or click directly on the link in the order registration e-mail). This is however not updated until the product is ordered and confirmed by the vendor. Please contact us on urgent matters.
If the product is not in stock, normally an expected delivery date will be shown on the order history when you log in with your profile (or click directly on the link in the order registration e-mail). The expected delivery time is, however, only updated when the product is ordered and confirmed by the supplier. If the product is a balance of an order or cannot be obtained, you will be contacted as soon as possible. The order can of course always be cancelled if the delivery time is unacceptable.
