THE SHOPPING CART IS EMPTY

This is normally because no items have been added to the cart recently, or your cookies have been reset since the last visit.

In rare cases, it can also be due to technical problems. It is therefore important that both Javascript and necessary cookies are allowed (which is completely normal), in order to be able to shop in the webshop.

• Make sure that if Javascript is not disabled or blocked, e.g. blocked via 3rd party software (pop-up blocker, antivirus, etc.).
• Also check that cookies are not deleted for each navigation click, e.g. at a high level of security in companies. Try via a mobile phone, without being connected to a wireless network.
• The Internet browser creates the problem, e.g. if it is of an older date. Try another browser (Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox)
• If none of the above has solved the problem, contact AV-Connection customer service.
