8K connection from DisplayPort to HDMI:

The Goobay DisplayPort to HDMI cable makes it easy to connect a PC or laptop with a DisplayPort output to a TV, monitor or projector with an HDMI input. The cable supports video signals with a resolution of up to 8K at 60 Hz, corresponding to 7680 x 4320 pixels, and offers a maximum transmission rate of 48 Gbit/s.

The signal direction runs from DisplayPort to HDMI. The cable is therefore designed to transmit the signal from a device with a DisplayPort output to a display with an HDMI input. This defined signal direction is important to consider when choosing a cable to ensure that the source and display are connected correctly.

Secure connection with locking DisplayPort connector:

The DisplayPort connector features a mechanical locking mechanism that helps keep the connector securely in place and reduces the risk of a loose connection. This is useful when connecting an external display where the DisplayPort connection needs to remain firmly seated in the port.

Both the DisplayPort and HDMI connectors feature gold-plated contacts for signal transmission. The cable supports Plug & Play, providing a straightforward cable connection between compatible devices without complicated setup.
