Active Noise Cancellation II targets EMI and RFI noise in the data signal by generating an inverted signal that reduces the detected interference. According to SilentPower, the technology provides up to 40 dB, equivalent to 100 times, lower measured noise compared with conventional filtering methods.Noise cancellation is integrated directly into the cable, allowing Pulsar HDMI to connect compatible HDMI equipment without requiring a separate HDMI filter unit. This makes the cable suitable for AV processors, UHD media players, projectors and game consoles, among other equipment. The cable also features triple shielding to protect the signal path from external interference. Jitter Elimination for precise signal transmission:In addition to active noise cancellation, Pulsar HDMI uses Jitter Elimination. Jitter refers to timing variations in digital signals, and the circuitry inside the cable is designed to reduce these timing errors at the conversion stage. SilentPower specifies improved contrast and colour accuracy as well as lower audio distortion as results of this signal processing.Pulsar HDMI also features integrated Transient Voltage Suppression. This function is designed to protect connected AV equipment against voltage spikes, surges, electrostatic discharge and transients associated with events such as lightning strikes. Signal processing and protection are therefore integrated directly into the HDMI connection. HDMI 2.1 with 8K, 4K 120 Hz and 48 Gbps:With a bandwidth of up to 48 Gbps, Pulsar HDMI supports HDMI 2.1 while remaining backwards compatible with previous HDMI versions. The cable can handle 8K Ultra HD at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, making it suitable for modern AV systems with high video resolutions and high refresh rates.Support includes Dynamic HDR and Dolby Vision as well as the gaming features VRR and ALLM. VRR enables variable refresh rates, while ALLM supports automatic switching to a low-latency mode on compatible equipment. eARC is also supported, allowing compatible TVs, receivers and other AV components to transmit audio via Enhanced Audio Return Channel.
