An ultra-fast interconnect featuring very low capacitance and highly efficient shielding. Supra DAC's di-electric of PE foam, containing a minimum of solid PE plastic, but instead the best possible di-electric easily available - air - which exhibits only 45 pF/m. Further, it is shielded with our highly efficient and mechanically durable semi-conductive Carbon-filled Nylon.

The Supra DAC high-frequency properties are exceptional, thanks to its low capacitance, hence high-speed transient response. The velocity factor is as high as 78% of the speed of light, promoting raise and fall time of the digital square wave. In the analogue domain, the speed means timing/phase preservation between high and low-frequency waves giving virtually no frequency roll-off, maintained 3D sound stage and rapid transients. With the by others often used PTFE/Teflon the velocity factor would have been only 71%.

Application examples are mid- to high-end analogue interconnect equipped with Supra RCA or XLR connectors. High bandwidth digital interconnects such as AES/EBU professional standard. Available in both Ice Blue color and Anthracite Grey.
