The internally grounded drive belt and adjustable belt tension contribute to consistent rotation and accurate playback at both 33-1/3 and 45 rpm. The result is a hi-fi turntable delivering impressive calmness, dynamics and detail, ideal for serious music listening in stereo systems and high end setups.Advanced TP 160 Tonearm And Balanced Signal Path:The 9" J shaped TP 160 tonearm is designed by Helmut Thiele and features an ultra precise knife edge bearing inspired by professional studio tonearms. The horizontal bearing is additionally stabilized by magnets to ensure maximum tracking accuracy and optimal contact between cartridge and vinyl record. With SME headshell connector you get flexible cartridge mounting, and the effective mass of 14 g makes the arm suitable for a wide range of MC cartridges. The turntable is equipped with both balanced XLR outputs and traditional RCA connections. The balanced connection minimizes electrical interference and noise, which is crucial for the sensitive phono signal requiring substantial amplification.
