Thorens - New Reference Collection:More than two years have passed since the last Thorens compilation, and Thorens has not been idle in the meantime. The TD124, dedicated to "Tribute To A Legend," remains highly popular. With the "New Reference" they have committed to a passion project. The most elaborate turntable in Thorens' history is intended to provide a deeper, more accurate insight into both new and old records using new technologies employed for the first time in the HiFi field. A period of around 60 years is represented on this double album: The oldest productions were made in 1960, at the beginning of the stereo era. The newest ones were made just a few years ago.
