DMP-A8 comes in a cabinet made of aviation aluminum, giving it a robust and aesthetically pleasing appearance, perfectly fitting for both classic and modern interiors. In DMP-A8, only top-shelf components are used, a prime example of this is the outstanding AK4499EX/AK4191EQ DAC-chip solution from Velvet Sound, known to be one of the absolute best on the market. This is supported by a dual high-end clock system with femtosecond accuracy, which helps reduce jitter and achieve perfect timing in the digital signal.

The volume control also uses quality R2R precision resistors and relays, ensuring incredibly accurate volume control while simultaneously minimizing noise and distortion in the analog signal. This system also includes a volume protection feature that automatically reduces the volume to a safe level at startup or when switching input sources.

DMP-A8 generally stands out from its competitors with its innovative EOS Audio Engine, developed in-house at Eversolo. This engine ensures unparalleled sound quality by supporting all audio files in their original sampling rate, completely bypassing the limitations of Android's standard audio system. By circumventing Android's standard system, it thus becomes possible to experience true Hi-Res sound, directly from third-party apps such as Apple Music.
