American Polk Audio has been making speakers since 1972, their goal is not only to find the perfect sound, but also to last and be ahead of their time. The speakers were developed to be able to reproduce the fine detailed sound, which at that time was typically only known from English speaker brands, combined with a serious bass reproduction, which was most often primarily characteristic of American speakers. They succeed with the legendary monitor series, which became the all-time bestseller from the early years of Polk's history.
