The Monitor series from Polk is one of their most popular and best-selling ever, so it was right up your alley to build on this particular series - meet Monitor XT. In the new and updated Monitor XT series, we find everything from compact bookshelf speakers to center speakers and even large and full-grown floor-standing speakers. The Monitor XT series also offers a dedicated active subwoofer, which has been developed specifically for the new series. In other words, you can put together a complete Monitor XT system from Polk, and get lots of good sounds and quality speakers, at prices where everyone can participate. Polk shows once again that it does not have to cost a mansion to get bold and delicious sound at home.

In terms of price - and features, the Monitor XT series is just above the cheapest T-series, but still below the Signature E series. In other words, an affordable series that still has plenty to offer. Despite the modest price, the Monitor XT series still boasts that all the speakers in the series are Hi-Res certified, and use a different version of the popular Terylene dome tweeter, which we also find in the more expensive Signature E series from Polk.
