Shop and try products risk free for 30 days at AV-Connection, including free delivery and return shipping in Denmark on selected brands and products

When shopping in a physical AV-Connection store, you're guaranteed competent counsel and demonstration of our products, and you'll return home with products, that fit your needs, for your enjoyment for years to come.

A product demonstration is by nature not easy when shopping online. At AV-Connection we offer tests of products in your own home, for up to 30 days from the delivery date, on a wide range of products! We call this Buy & Try.
- If the product doesn't fit your taste or needs, simply ship it back - shipment costs are on us (currently only for deliveries in Denmark, see conditions below).

Buy & Try terms and conditions

Applies to online orders placed on our webshop

Applies to orders shipped to mainland Denmark, or islands accessible by bridge.

Only applies to products included in our Buy & Try program, and with a base value higher than 500,- DKK

Doesn't apply to custom made- or cut off cables, or specifically build-to-order products

The products needs to be registered as Buy & Try return goods through the return system within 30 days of delivery

Item needs to be returned in original packaging, containing all supplied accessories

Items need to be returned within 14 days of registering the return

Product needs to be returned in significant same condition as recieved, otherwise the right of return can be revoked, as our normal return conditions
