If you use a Bang & Olufsen Beosound 9000 or BeoCenter 2 without connected Beolab speakers, in combination with a non-B&O audio system, such as a TV, an external power amplifier, or active speakers from a third party, the system will automatically switch to Option 0 and ignore commands from the remote control. To regain full remote control functionality, simply connect this adapter to one of the PowerLink outputs, and the B&O system will switch to Option 1.
