The design occupies 1U of rack space and is developed for home cinema, custom AV installations and other systems where equipment needs to be neatly organised in a rack.The rack mount can be configured for either one or two compatible devices. This allows efficient use of rack space and makes it possible to install multiple components at the same rack level. When installing two OMNI LAN units, the solution can be used to accommodate both devices in a single 1U configuration. Front or rear-facing installation:Devices can be installed so that their connections and controls face the direction best suited to the installation. Support for both front and rear-facing mounting provides greater flexibility when planning cable routing and access to ports, particularly in racks where signal, network and power cables are routed from the rear.The rack chassis is made from A3 cold-rolled steel and features integrated damping that helps provide stable positioning of the installed equipment. The design is also optimised for ventilation, allowing air to circulate around the devices. Integrated cable routing openings help keep connections organised inside the rack. Complete mounting kit:The OMNI Rack Mount Kit includes the mounting hardware required for rack installation. The kit contains the 19" rack mount itself, M3 screws in various lengths and designs, four M6 snap nuts with screws, and cable ties for organising cables. An H2.0 Allen key is also included.With a width of 48.2 cm and a height of 4.44 cm, the mount follows the familiar 19" 1U format. Its depth is 34.74 cm, providing a complete structure designed for fixed integration of supported OMNI and NEO devices.
