This can be caused by one of the following events:
There has not been added any products in the shopping cart.
Cookie problems: If you are connected through a very secure company internet connection, this may well be the reason (restrict cookies policy etc.). Try from a mobile phone, without being connected to the Wi-fi network.
Your Internet browser causes the problem. Try another browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox)
