The Emit M15C is a compact center speaker made in Denmark and equipped with 28mm soft dome tweeter and two 4.25" MSP composite driver units
Ultra-compact center channel loudspeaker combining ease of integration with a highly-refined sonic character. The Dynaudio Emit M15 C center channel loudspeaker offers a combination of compact dimensions, making it relatively easy to position, and the same advanced Dynaudio technologies incorporated into the new Emit series models. Thus extremely refined multichannel systems can be configured from various combinations of Dynaudio Emit series models, which will deliver true high-end sound quality and represent the greatest level of value in the price category. The Emit M15 C delivers a natural midrange character, exceptionally detailed and clear high frequency reproduction, and sincredibly low distortion; the same sonic characteristics of the other models in the new Emit series. Its driver compliment is comprised of a 28 mm soft dome tweeter and dual 11 cm MSP (magnesium silicate polymer) mid/bass drivers, and the M15 C seamlessly integrates with any of the models in the Emit series to deliver a perfectly homogenous sound across all channels.
The high-grade crossover components and 4-6 ohm impedance of the M15 C make it easy to drive for any amplifier or AV receiver. The Emit M15 C is supplied with a detachable metal plinth that facilitates angling the speaker's dispersion upward or downward towards the listening area.
Dynaudio was started in 1977 by Wilfried Ehrenholz with the goal of making Hi-Fi speakers without their own sound and with an unprecedented authentic reproduction. As there were no speaker units in the world that were good enough for this project, a factory was started up in Skanderborg. The philosophy is repeated in all the products that Dynaudio makes and has helped to make Dynaudio one of the world's most respected speaker manufacturers. In order for the products to have exactly the quality you want, they are still produced in Denmark, where the trend is otherwise towards moving everything to the Far East.
Dynaudio currently exports to 80 countries around the world and has won awards worldwide for the products. Production takes place 100% in Skanderborg, where production capacity is doubled every year, and therefore employs approx. 450 people worldwide.
Dynaudio places extreme demands on quality, which means that only 52 out of 1 mil. devices must be defective. Dynaudio has their own cabinet factory in Vejle, where cabinets are produced by experienced carpenters. This quality has not only made Dynaudio highly regarded among millions of music lovers worldwide, but also the fact that DR and the BBC have filled all their editing spaces with Dynaudio speakers. Dolby also used Dynaudio speakers for the introduction of the new Dolby surround formats, Dynaudio is also a subcontractor to both Volvo and VW.
