This adaptor can be used to connect non B & O products such. a Sonos Connect to BeoLab speakers with line-in via power link. That means that Beolab 3, BeoLab 6002 and BeoLab 8002 speakers all will work with this powerlink line adaptor to 3rd party audio equipment with Preout or other line outputs with volume control.

Example 1: Sonos Connect to Beolab 3, 6002 or 8002:
Accessories needed: 2 x Powerlink Line adaptor, 2 x.Powerlink cables.
The two Powerlink line adaptors have to be connected to the left and right analog audio out on Sonos Connect. Then mount Power Link cables in the line adaptor and routed to each Beolab speaker that is set to 'LINE'. Remember the red end of the Sonos Connect to go out to the right speaker and the white for the left speaker.

Example 2: Airport Express to Beolab 3, 6002 or 8002:
Accessories needed: 2 x Powerlink Line adaptor, 2 x Powerlink cables, 1 x Stereo Minijack to phono female adaptor.
Minijack to stereo RCA adaptor connects to the Airport Express mini jack output, so it joins two RCA female connectors. Powerlink line adaptors installed on the two RCA female connector and connected to power link cables. Power Link cables exit to each speaker that attaches to the 'LINE'. Remember the red plug on the Stereo minijack to RCA adapter is for the right speaker and the black wire to the left speaker.
